There is a lot to do, and you have limited resources. You plan wisely, build rapidly, adjust to opportunities, and go to market. You repeat the process until you have a product or service that many people want to use.

Our agile and lean development approach creates smart, secure, and scalable technology that can work for you and your users. We use advanced approaches and tools to get you to market faster and at a lower cost.

We design in a modular manner so that your infrastructure, features, functionalities, and services can grow with you easily.

Product and Service Design

The product is more than just the technology – it is your customer’s start-to-finish experience of working with your company. True enough that most of your customer’s interaction is with your technology, but every touch-point from the first interaction to the referral matters. We can help you clarify which touch-points matter most and help you design a product or service that delivers on your brand promise.

User Experience

User experience is like driver experience. Your tech needs to get a job done, and it needs to help the user get it done quickly, safely, and with some style, and at the right price point. Different users, just like drivers, care about different things. We help you figure out what that user experience could be. We have developed our unique structured-agile approaches and models to clarify the user experience in the least expensive way.

Prototyping

“Why didn’t we think of that before” is something that we hear a lot. To avoid these expensive oversights, we will build comparatively inexpensive but robust interactive prototypes that you can use to visualize the final product and get user feedback early in the process. The prototype will look and feel like a real app, and is also great for securing investor interest.

Product-Market-Fit Testing

There is more than one way to skin-a-cat, so the saying goes. The most expensive way of finding out if the market wants your product is to build it and then look for your customer. We have better ways. In fact, even before coding the first line, we’ll help you get set up to find your first customer, and throughout the R&D process, we’ll be helping you secure user feedback to refine your product direction. We have a lot of different ideas on how you could do this on the cheap.

Product Roadmap

The odds are that the product you are thinking of building will not be the product you will end up with. We highly favor a structured-agile vs. an agile product development methodology. It is more thoughtful and less chaotic. We’ll help you architect and build your product in a way that gives you better and easier ways to pivot and even license parts of your technology. We’ll work with you to develop a roadmap that delivers tangible results your customers want every two weeks (our sprint cycle).

MVP & Beta Development

To prove the business concept, secure funding, and build your tribe, all you need is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and that MVP sometimes is not more than simple and clever manual processes that prove the idea. We can help you get there on the cheap before investing time and money into something that perhaps should not even be built.

Web & Mobile Applications

We build it all – web, mobile browser, native mobile apps, and cross-platform. We’ll help you figure out if a mobile-first strategy, mobile-browser, or mobile-app strategy makes more sense. Often it is a combination that delivers the best results for your business and users. We’ll help you identify the key considerations, and we’ll recommend a path forward.

Resource Augmentation

Sometimes you just need the right person on your team and not the entire project team. That’s not a problem. We have Fractional CTOs, Solution Architects, and other key resources that can join your team temporarily while you raise funds and look for more permanent employees.
